How will my goods arrive?
For all orders, we use Zásilkovna, which selects the most suitable carrier. All shipments have a tracking code that you will receive by email after ordering. Delivery takes 1-3 working days.
Can I collect the goods in person?
Unfortunately, we do not yet have a brick-and-mortar store or another delivery point. But follow us so you don't miss a possible pop-up.
What should I do if I want to return the goods?
Of course, if you want to return the goods, we will respect that. You can do so within 30 days from the delivery of the order. Send us an e-mail at the same time as the goods so that we know about the situation. After the goods have been successfully delivered back to us, we will send the money back to your account.
How do you package the products?
We try to prevent waste wherever possible. That's why we don't skimp on the packaging of individual products, so that everything arrives to you as it should. All labels, boxes and tapes are made of paper for easy recycling. Sometimes the packaging may not be perfect, because we partly use recycled packaging. We encourage our suppliers to minimize packaging (especially single-use plastics).
Are all products made in the Czech Republic?
We started with a purely Czech collection, but at the moment we are also producing products abroad. We are mainly concerned with good working conditions and quality production, which can be found in most European countries. Limiting ourselves to the Czech Republic would therefore make no sense. Each product needs to be assessed individually.
